Thank you for choosing Autosure Car. We provide hourly, daily, and monthly insurance services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Definitions

Company refers to Autosure Car LLC.

Service refers to the insurance coverage (hourly, daily, or monthly) purchased from our website.

You refers to the customer purchasing the insurance service.

2. Cancellation & Refund Rights (Advance Purchases)

If you purchase an insurance policy in advance and the policy has not yet started, you are entitled to cancel it within 7 days of purchase without giving any reason.

✅ Full refund is available if:

The cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase, and

The insurance coverage has not started or been used.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. No Refund After Coverage Starts

❌ No refund will be provided if:

The insurance coverage has already started, even if it was used for a short time.

The hourly, daily, or monthly policy has been partially used.

The cancellation request is made after the 7-day cancellation period.

Once the insurance service becomes active, it is considered used and non-refundable.

4. Monthly Policy Cancellations

For monthly insurance plans:

You may cancel future renewals at any time.

No refund will be issued for the current active billing period once coverage has started.
